long time
It has been a long time since I have blogged and I feel bad. but it has been good to spend the time with my two wonderful boys, who seem to be growing way too fast.
Alex is starting to tell me what he wants to ware and what shoes to put on. Hyrum is cooing and smiling all the time, he has gotten really good at folloing us with his eyes, and loves to look at everything.
both the boys are outsiders, I don't know what I am going to do when winter comes. I will be busy keeping them occupied.
Rick is still working for walmart, and is looking forward to when he graduates from school.
We are hoping to get a heater soon for the RV so it will stay warm for the winter. hopefully we will be able to stay in it throughout the whole year.

lex loves puddles
I went into town with chalyce and came home to find....
my son wet to the knee's. I thought at first sight that it was because he had been walking through the wet grass. Come to find out he had found the puddles and walked threw them. Rick tried to keep him out of them but could not keep him away.
So to show me it didn't take to much effort.
He was so cold we gave him a nice warm bsth with a new toy. He loved it so much he did not want to get out.

Long long time!
I know it has been a long long time since I have blogged and I decided that it is something that I need to get done.
Lex is now standing on his own for a few moments without holding onto anything and he has got two bottom teeth in, and one top tooth out with the other close behind.
I am now working at Presto packing baggies, it is work but brings in some money so I cant complain too much.
we will be celebrating lex's brithday on friday a day early because I will be working on sat. but it will be a blast.

Out on a walk on a rainy day
It was a cool day, but I wanted to go on a walk so bad. We bundled up nice and warm and I put Lex's netting over the stroller to help keep out the rain. When we returned home, I uncovered lex and found a face with water splatters all over. It was so cute I couldn't help take these pics..jpg)

At the Carmans
Deaven found a grasshopper and decided to show it to lex. He had a hay day, he moved it from hand to hand and stared at it for at least ten min.

Late night to early morning
Thursday night was A very long night for me and Rick. I had a four hour drive to pick up my brother, Deaven from Rawlins. I had planned on leaving at 7:00pm but Rick ended up working until 6:30. I didn't end up leaving till 8:15pm.
Rick was a little worried to send me off by myself, but could not come with me because he had to work the next day and I was not to be home until around 7:00am.
I was able to stay awake eating munchies and singin at the top of my lungs to the music. Lex was good all the way, He fell asleep shortly after we left and stayed asleep till about fifteen minutes until we arrived.
I had to go to the restroom but was not able to find a gas station that was open at 12:00 in the morning. I was tempted to go behind one of the stations but quickly decided against it and went to were I was to meet Deaven.
I was somewhat scared by all the people wondering the streets that looked like they were up to no good. There were police cars driving around all over the town, were I was, I saw five within ten minutes.
Having them close by gave me some peace, if anything should happen. I locked the doors, laid back as far as I could with Lex right beside me, he was restless, keeping me up for another half hour leaving me with an hour to sleep.
All of a sudden waking up with a start from the knock on the window. I turned around to find a dark figure standing by the car. My eye's came into focus and there stood Deaven, relief came over me and I unlocked the doors for him to get in.
The drive home was the easies. We talked all the way home, giving me a second wind. and just as we planned we arrived just before 7:00am. We said farwell to Rick and then both conked out till 1:00pm
it has taken a few days to feel back to normal. But I can finally say I am there.

Camping in the mountains
We went on a camping trip with our ward to the Big Horn Mountains. On Friday we met at our church house and got all our stuff loaded into Wes's Jeep. We left around 4:30pm and headed north into the mountains. It was a beautiful canyon drive with pine trees on both sides covering the mountains with a thick pine forest. The road switched back and forth all the way up the side of the mountain giving us a wonderful view extending from the foot of the mountain outward until it dissolved into the horizon. As we turned onto the back road leading to the camp sight we saw a bunch of wildlife and I snapped a few photos of some deer.
I was tired of driving by the time we arrived at the camp sight. All I wanted to do was get out and stretch. It was a beautiful spot with little white and purple flowers all over the ground and there was a pit already dug out for a fire. All we had to do was put up Wes's tent and get a fire ready so we could cook our tin foil dinners.
Lex was enjoying himself, he was looking at everything especially the fire. This was his first camping trip out in the wild.

We all stayed up late chit-chatting and having a blast. However, when 11:00 rolled around Pres. Carmen and Rick headed off to bed (with Lex soon to follow) while the rest of us lingered around the camp fire. We weren't out long when all of a sudden it started raining on us. We all said our "Good Nights!" and swiftly made off to our tents. The rain lasted just long enough for us all to make it to our tents and get settled and then we didn't get another drop for as long as we were camping. but I could not go to sleep for another hour and neither could Wes so we ended up talking for another hour.
Lex was not to excited to sleep in a strange place, he kept waking up and whining through out the morning so I would give him his binky and then he would go back to sleep and then a little while longer and he would wake up again, it was hard because I didn't want him to disturb the sleep of everyone else. By 7:00am I was exhausted and Rick was getting up so I gave lex to him because he was awake also and I was able to lay their and get a little more rested.
As I was laying in bed, someone called out "look a moose". I looked out of the tent and there it was passing by our tent. I wanted to get a picture, but remembered I had put the camra in the jeep.
We ate some dutch oven breakfast burritos for breakfast and they were good! A little later we went for a hike to see Porcupine falls. It was down a steep trail that was somewhat slippery. I had Lex in a sling and was able to make it down safely, though it felt like forever till we got to the bottom where we beheld the beautiful falls.

We had a blast and climbed all over the rocks, did some fishing and I took plenty of pictures. Seth and Wes were crazy enough to jump off the rocks into the water and found out that it was ice cold water. they had a fun time warming back up after that experience. The hike back up the mountain was the hardest at least for me, I am not as in good a shape as I would have liked but it ended up being shorter than I had thought. We cooked up some lunch, Wes and a couple others caught some fish so we cooked those in the fire as well and had a delicious meal. Cleaned up camp and headed home. I tell you what, I was exhausted and fell into bed that night.
